Abc99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

Registration at abc99 is free and limited to one account per individual. Each user may hold only one active account on the platform — duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held pending a compliance review.

To create your account, you will need to provide:

• Full name as shown on official ID (RG or CNH)
• Valid CPF active with the Receita Federal
• Date of birth (confirming you are 18 or older)
• Valid email address for exclusive personal use
• Brazilian mobile number with area code (DDD)

By providing this information, you confirm that all details are accurate and up to date. abc99 may request supporting documentation at any time — especially before the first withdrawal — as part of the identity verification process (KYC, Know Your Customer). This process is required by regulation and is designed to protect you against fraud and unauthorized account use.

In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or suspension of a sporting event, bets will be settled according to the specific rules of each market. Postponed events that are not played within 48 hours of the original scheduled time will generally result in a refund of the staked amount. Abc99 does not accept bets from users who hold insider information about an event — this constitutes a serious violation and may result in bet cancellation, balance freeze, and permanent account closure.
