About abc99 Poker

Real Poker for Brazilian Players

Brazil has a massive poker tradition. Brazilian players rank among the best in the world — the WSOP has featured Brazilian representatives at final tables for years, and the online scene is no different. The abc99 was built for this audience: the poker platform was designed with Brazilian players in mind, featuring a Portuguese interface, native PT-BR support, and all financial transactions in BRL via Pix.

The action starts at the cash tables — the heart of online poker. Buy in with chips, play as many hands as you want, and leave whenever you're ready. At abc99, Texas Hold'em tables range from NL50 (blinds R$ 0.25 / R$ 0.50, perfect for beginners) all the way up to NL2000 heads-up for the most experienced players. Omaha Pot Limit tables bring the intense action PLO fans are after, with Hi-Lo splits available to mix up your game.

For those who prefer tournaments, abc99 offers a varied schedule: weekly freerolls with no buy-in for players looking to start risk-free, turbo Sit & Go for quick decisions at 9-player tables, and major MTTs like the Sunday Million with a prize pool of R$ 50,000.00 every week. The monthly High Roller Series is for players looking to compete at a higher technical level with a smaller field.

The rake at abc99 tables is competitive — between 4% and 5% of the pot, with a per-hand cap that varies by stake level. That means even high-volume players will find a structure that works in their favor. And the rakeback program rewards the most active players with weekly returns paid directly to their BRL wallet.

Getting started is easy: sign up at abc99, make a deposit from R$ 20.00 via Pix and pick your table. The interface runs directly in your phone's browser — no app download needed. And when it's time to cash out your winnings, Pix deposits straight into your bank account in an average of 3 minutes.

Quick Tips

5 Essential Concepts to Improve Your Poker Game

Regardless of your level, these fundamentals make a difference at any abc99 table.

1
Position is everything
Playing in position (acting last in the round) is a huge advantage. You get to see what your opponents do before making your decision. In abc99's Texas Hold'em, the button is the most profitable seat at the table — use it.
2
Be selective with your starting hands
Most poker mistakes happen before the flop. Playing too many weak hands is the fastest way to bleed chips. Be selective: stick to strong hands in early position and widen your range in late position.
3
Understand pot odds
Pot odds are the ratio between what you need to call and the size of the pot. If the pot is R$ 100.00 and your opponent bets R$ 25.00, you need 20% equity to make the call. This basic math resolves a lot of decisions at the table.
4
Control your bet sizing
Bets that make sense for your range are harder to exploit. Avoid always betting the same amount — vary your sizing based on board texture and the objectives of each hand.
5
Manage your bankroll
Never sit at a cash table with more than 5% of your bankroll. For tournaments, that number drops to 2–3% per buy-in. Bankroll management is what separates players who keep improving from those who bust out before they ever get the chance.

Texas Hold'em, Omaha or Rush Poker – Which One Is Right for You?

Online poker has more variants than most people realize. At abc99 you'll find three main formats, and knowing the differences helps you decide where to put your time and money.

The Texas Hold'em is the standard — two hole cards, five community cards on the board. It's what you see on TV, at Majors around the world, and in the most prestigious tournaments. At abc99, Hold'em is available at every stake level, from NL50 to VIP, in 6-max, 9-max, and heads-up formats. It's the best choice for beginners and for anyone looking to compete in MTT tournaments.

The Omaha Pot Limit (PLO) is the go-to variant for players who want more action. You're dealt four hole cards and must use exactly two of them with three community cards. This creates more dynamic boards, more draws, and bigger pots on average. Omaha Hi-Lo (8-or-Better) splits the pot between the best high hand and the best low hand, which demands a different strategic read and more layers of decision-making.

The Rush Poker (fast fold) is the perfect format for players who want volume. As soon as you fold or finish a hand, you're instantly moved to a new table with new opponents. You literally play three times as many hands per hour as you would at a regular table. It's great for building your winrate and accumulating rake for abc99's rakeback program.

Regardless of your choice, the minimum deposit at abc99 is R$ 20.00 via Pix, withdrawals process in minutes and support is available 24 hours in English. New to poker? Start at Hold'em NL50. If you already have experience, jump straight into NL200 or lock in your seat at the Sunday Million.
